Sandy Lake Presbyterian Church is a Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) congregation located in Shenango Presbytery in Northern Mercer County, Pennsylvania. In 1958, Sandy Lake Presbyterian Church was founded and built as a merger of three Presbyterian Churches in the area. And SLPC was born.
Sandy Lake is a family church that has a more tradition worship in format but more casual atmosphere. Contemporary music is interspersed with traditional hymns and all ages are encouraged to participate in worship in various ways.
Sandy Lake is a Stephen Ministry Church. Lay leaders have been identified and trained to care for both members and non members alike after a personal crisis. This ministry is completely confidential.
